+The Annual Sunwapta Falls Resort Party (south
of Jasper Alberta) will take place on Saturday night October 18th, 2003. CTGA of
BC members are once again planning a 3-day 2-night trip (Oct 17, 18 and 19) to
take in this fun filled event. For more information, please contact us.
+On Thursday October 23rd, 2003 members of
the CTGA of BC are asked to attend a downtown evening meeting to look over the
proposed changes to our Bylaws...at The Inn At False Creek --
Quality Inn Hotel -- 1335 Howe Street (at Drake) Vancouver BC from 6:30 PM
on. (No need to rsvp.)
+The first regular end-of-the-month meeting, which
is open to all members and potential new members, will be held on Thursday
October 30th, 2003. An informal social gathering to be hosted by the staff
of The Lookout at The Harbour Centre Tower -- Hastings at Seymour Street
Vancouver BC. Members and guests may attend anytime after 6 PM. (No need to rsvp.)
If members wish to dress in a Halloween outfit, a prize will be given to the person deemed to have on the best costume.
We'll also have a birthday cake on-hand as we celebrate the CTGA of BC's 14th birthday ! ! !
Plus it'll be a good chance to see friends / members / fellow guides that you've not seen for months.
Sounds like a relaxed and fun evening ! ! !
+The CTGA of BC's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday evening November 20th, 2003, which will be the Century Plaza Hotel at 1015 Burrard Street in Vancouver BC at 6:45 PM. No need to rsvp.
+ The Annual CTGA of BC Christmas Party will
be held on Monday evening December 8th, 2003 at Harbour Cruises...Denman
and Georgia Streets in Vancouver BC. Open to members and two guests at a cost of
$40 each. Please contact us to RSVP well before this event.
+ The date of the Annual Christmas Lights Night
Tour will be on Monday evening December 29th, 2003. Please
contact us to RSVP if interested..

A full Guide Lines newsletter is no longer posted here for all to see. Members who have e-mail are now receiving weekly guiding news and information through our closed-circuit message and notice board known as the E-group service. The members who do not have e-mail are still sent a newsletter via the postal system.
